Every product from Extreme Dog Gear is individually handcrafted after your order has been placed. We do not sell mass-produced stock items. This allows us to maintain the highest standards of quality while offering custom-made dog gear built to last. Our standard production time is 2 to 4 business days. Larger orders, custom projects, or special requests may require additional production time.
Worldwide Delivery
We proudly ship our premium handcrafted dog gear to customers all over the world. Orders are carefully packed and shipped with PostNL, including a Track & Trace number so you can monitor your shipment from dispatch to delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to countries affected by war, trade restrictions, or force majeure.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination country and the total weight of your order. Before completing your purchase, you will always see the exact shipping costs—there are no hidden fees.
Import Duties & Customs
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These costs are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. As regulations vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office if you require additional information before placing your order.
Delivery Times
International delivery times vary depending on your country, customs procedures, and the local postal service. While most shipments arrive within the expected delivery period, occasional delays beyond our control may occur. If your parcel has not arrived after 30 business days, we will gladly initiate an official investigation with the shipping carrier.

Important Information
- Every order is handcrafted specifically for you. Production normally takes 2–4 business days.
- During holidays, trade shows, or exceptional busy periods, production and shipping may take slightly longer.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace email.
- Please make sure your shipping address and email address are correct before completing your order.
- If your parcel cannot be delivered or is not collected from the local carrier, it will be returned to us. Reshipping is possible after payment of the additional shipping costs and any charges resulting from the return.
- Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
- Please review our Return Policy before placing your order, as custom-made products cannot be cancelled or returned.
